Brian's passion for coding began in middle school with Q Basic, which sparked his lifelong interest in technology. After working in tech support at State Auto, he pursued software development through the Tech Elevator bootcamp. Brian’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Astoria, an e-commerce platform focused on sustainable agriculture, and develop a generative AI chatbot for health guidance.

As the Columbus Market Manager at Transform Labs, Brian leverages his software and startup experience to help clients succeed. He’s well-connected in the local tech scene and regularly gives talks on AI, machine learning, and problem-solving.

Outside of work, you can find Brian lacto-fermenting kombucha, barefoot running, and exploring the Elixir programming language. His friends describe him as eccentric, curious, optimistic, obsessed, and cheerful. He's currently fascinated by the potential of Elixir for scalable machine learning applications.
