Scout Program

Are you a well connected and respected individual interested in the process of facilitating growth and innovation through technology? At Transform Labs we are launching a Scout Program to address this exact interest. We are looking for active, executive personas with an appreciation and curiosity for product and technology to help company and/or non-profit executives obtain consulting, financing, and digital product help from a trusted partner.

Your role as a Scout entails quarterly engagements, each lasting approximately four hours. These engagements will provide you with in-depth knowledge about the latest technological advancements and insights into ongoing projects for discussion with clients. Furthermore, we encourage open networking and engagement time during these sessions, fostering meaningful connections and collaborations.
We expect each Scout to source at least one opportunity per quarter, actively participate in Transform Labs events, and attend scout-specific gatherings. In return for your valuable contributions, we offer financial compensation for any lead generated by a Scout, treating you as an independent third party.
